Biography

Arindam Majumdar, Chief Risk Officer. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Risk Officer in 2025, Mr. Majumdar served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer from 2023 to 2025. He joined the Bank in 2016 and served as Enterprise Risk Management Officer from 2016 to 2018, Director – ERM Analytics and Reporting from 2018 to 2019, and Managing Director – Enterprise Risk Analytics from 2019 to 2023. Earlier in his career, Mr. Majumdar held senior risk management roles with other financial institutions including Discover Financial Services and JPMorgan Chase and worked as an investment analyst, portfolio manager and consultant. Mr. Majumdar holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa, a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University, a Masters in Banking and Leadership from the ABA Stonier School of Banking and the Wharton School of Business and a Risk Management Certification from Harvard Business School.
