Biography

Ms. Musico is the Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner for Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), a healthcare services company. From 2015 to 2026, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK), where she oversaw the human resource function for McKesson Technology and Finance. Earlier in her career, Ms. Musico held various leadership positions in human resources at PepsiCo, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEP) and its related businesses, Towers Perrin, Inc. and DHR International. In these roles, she has been responsible for talent acquisition, management and retention, compensation, labor relations, succession planning, employee satisfaction, and human resources information systems and analytics. Ms. Musico previously served as a director of Parents Step Ahead, a non-profit organization based in Dallas, and is an active volunteer in her community. She holds a B.A. from the University of Dallas.
