Carmen McClennon, Chief Retail Banking Officer. As Chief Retail Banking Officer, Ms. McClennon oversees the Bank’s digital banking, retail branches, customer care centers and corporate marketing and communications. Ms. McClennon joined the Bank in July 2019 and served as Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing Strategies before assuming her current role in December 2019. Prior to joining the Bank, she led customer and product strategy at First Citizens Bank from 2017 to 2019 and was the Director, Integrated Channels at Key Bank from 2015 to 2017, where she led the consumer bank integration when Key Bank acquired First Niagara Bank. Ms. McClennon has over two decades of banking experience in leadership roles managing retail, product and channel strategy, customer experience and digital banking supporting national and multi-national financial institutions. She holds a B.A. from the University of Victoria and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.
